To open a new account, please fill out the wholesale application here. Once we receive your application, we'll send you an email with the information needed to place your first order.
Pricing & Minimums
• 50% off listed online retail prices
• Order Minimum:
- Opening Order = $125
- Reorder = $50
• Quantity minimums:
- 6 per style for all A7 greeting cards
- 3 per style for all other product categories
Payment & Shipping
Payment is required prior to shipping. Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail from our studio in Charlotte, NC. Shipping charges will vary based on order size, weight and destination.
Turnaround Time
Orders are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. If you need a rush order please contact us beforehand to check on availability. We’ll do our very best to make it happen.
Display & Packaging
All products must be sold in their original packaging.
Returns
Returns are accepted on damaged products only with 7 days of receipt for exchange or credit. We will happily replace any items that arrived damaged. Photos of damaged packages are required. Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive damaged products.
Online Sales
If you are selling our products online, credit must be given to Hennel Paper Co. in the product description. Partnering with third party online resellers (i.e. Amazon, eBay, etc.) to sell our products is not permitted.
Consignment
Sorry, we do not offer our products on consignment.
