What to Write in an Easter Card

Easter is right around the corner, and we have many fun cards in the shop to send to family and friends! Although it’s nice to send Easter cards, it can also be difficult to come up with the right words to express your feelings in a meaningful and heartfelt way. So here are some tips to help make your message stand out!

Personalize it!

Always add a personal touch to your card! This can be a funny inside joke or memory. It’s nice to add a touch of personalization, so the recipient knows this card is meant just for them!

Ideas to Write in an Easter Card

Add a punny Easter quote. Most of the Easter cards in the shop have punny Easter, bunny, and egg-related quotes on the front. So use these as your inspiration to add a little joke inside. It’s always nice to have a laugh when you open a card.

Express gratitude. Easter is a time to show your gratitude. If you’re sending an Easter card to a loved one take some time to express gratitude for this person in your life. Whether that’s a simple “Thank you for always being there” or a “I’m grateful to have you be a part of my life.”

Keep it simple. Keep your message lighthearted and simple. A simple “Happy Easter, I hope you’re doing well” goes a long way, it's the thought that counts! Don’t overthink it!

Missing you. If you’re sending an Easter card some distance away, it’s okay to let the recipient know you miss them and hope to spend the next Easter with them.

Include a gift. Include a small token of your love with your card. A simple, bunny stuffed animal, stickers, or keychains are always nice to add a personal touch and show your appreciation. No matter the message, make sure the recipient knows how much you care and that you’re thinking of them over the holiday.
